DMCA Policy

Mrvl Stock respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Mrvl Stock service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent, identified below. This policy outlines the information required to submit a valid notification of claimed infringement and how Mrvl Stock will respond.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Mrvl Stock infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and its location on the Mrvl Stock site. Please provide specific enough information (e.g., the URL of the specific page where the material is located) to allow us to locate the material.
  3. Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good Faith Belief Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  • Identification of Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the URL).
  • Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Mrvl Stock may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
